During these challenging times with the COVID-19, our staff at DeWitt Water hope that you and your family is staying healthy and safe.

We would also like you to know we are here for you.

We are trying to limit as much person to person contact as we can. We will continue deliveries as long as we are able. We are asking customers to please leave their bottles outside where the driver can see them. The driver will take them empties and leave full bottles in their place. (If it happens to be windy, please put 3 or 4 inches of tap water in the bottles to hold them down so the wind doesn't blow them away). If you are getting salt deliveries, we are able to leave the salt your front porch or an open garage. Our drivers and service tech are equipped with masks and gloves to make sure our customers and our staff stay healthy.

If you should need service on any of your equipment, please call us and schedule an appointment. We ask that you open the door for the service tech, maintain a 10ft distance and let our service tech do the work on the equipment. If you are not feeling well, please call and reschedule your appointment. We are all working together to maintain social distancing and flattening the curve.

Our lobby is still open Monday- Friday from 8-5 and on Saturday from 10-12. We will keep everyone updated if our hours should change.
